  1. What is a Hotkey?

    A hotkey is basically a live telephone transfer lead. This is the initial step of the sales cycle where our call centre agents speak to the consumer and make sure that they meet a specific criteria which is chosen by you. When all the criteria is confirmed, that telephone call is then passed over to you so that you can speak to the consumer about the services you offer and close the sale or send a pack out.

  2. What time will I receive the Hotkeys?

    This is completely up to you! You will be able to let us know your exact business opening hours in which you will be able to receive hotkeys. This way, if you know that, for example, you are always very busy during the first hour in the morning, you can choose not to receive any hotkeys at that time.

  3. How many leads will you send me on a daily basis?

    Upon signing up for hotkeys, you will be asked what your desired daily quantity is. With lead generation, we would not be able to guarantee a specific number of leads as it varies on a day to day basis, however we will endeavour to supply the volumes required.

  4. Will I get any sort of report for the hotkeys I have had?

    Yes, every morning you will receive a report with full details of the hotkeys you have had the previous day.

  5. What is a conference facility?

    Before you accept to take a hotkey, you will be entered into a conference facility. This is three-way call between our call centre agent, the consumer and yourself. During this conference the call centre will confirm the questions asked. If the consumer misses any aspect of the criteria whatsoever, you are able to reject the lead on conference and you will not be billed for that lead.


  1. What is TPS?

    TPS stands for Telephone Preference Service. This is an opt-out register where individuals can request that they do not receive any unsolicited sales and marketing telephone calls. It is a legal requirement that companies do not make any calls to those telephone numbers registered on the TPS. This is now covered under the Privacy and Electronic (EC Directive) Regulations of 2003.

  2. What is CTPS?

    CTPS stands for Corporate Telephone Preference Service. This aims to prevent companies from receiving unsolicited sales and marketing calls to their organisation.

  3. How will I receive my data?

    The data will be sent to you via email to the email address you provide us upon purchasing the data. This will be sent over in Excel format, password protected.

  4. How long will it take me to receive my data?

    We always guarantee that you will receive the data within 3 working days of Diamond Data Solutions receiving payment, however you can usually expect a speedier delivery.

Google AdWords

  1. Where will I appear on the Google page when my key phrase is typed in?

    Your advert will appear in the “Ads” section on Google. This is usually in the shaded box on the top of the page or on the right hand column of the page, as indicated in the image below.

  2. Will I be on the first page of Google 24/7?

    It is not possible for any company to guarantee that you can be on the first page of Google all day, however we will endeavour to work our best with the budget you have. We can however guarantee that you will be on the first page 7 days a week.
